About me

My name is Fatoumata Baïlo and I am a psychologist. I see therapy as a safe, human and trusting space where you can feel heard, understood and free to show yourself as you are. For me, it is essential to build a therapeutic relationship based on respect, empathy and the absence of judgement, because I believe that only when we feel safe can we honestly explore what worries us.

I work from an integrative perspective, adapting the therapeutic process to each person’s needs, experiences and circumstances. I understand that every story is unique and that there are no universal solutions, which is why I consider it essential to offer personalised support, respecting each person’s pace and reality.

A very important part of the way I work is the intercultural perspective. I consider it essential to understand the person within their family, social and cultural context, taking into account their values, their beliefs and the experiences that have helped shape their way of understanding the world. From this perspective, I do not seek to judge or question who you are, but to understand your reality and to accompany you with respect for your identity, your story and what matters to you.

I would be delighted to accompany you in this process, offering you a close, respectful and welcoming space where you can feel safe to explore whatever you need.
